Production and delivery typically take 2.5 weeks from the time your artwork is approved. Rush shipping may be available depending on your event date.
What sizes of custom pop-up tents do you offer?
We offer 10’ x 10’, 10’ x 15’, and 10’ x 20’ custom tents. These sizes are the most popular for trade shows, festivals, retail sales events, and corporate promotions.
Can my logo and branding be printed on all sides of the tent?
Yes! Full-color printing is available on all sides of the canopy, as well as on optional side walls and back walls. This ensures your branded pop-up tent is visible from every angle.
What material are your custom tents made from?
Our custom logo tents are built using heavy-duty, UV-coated 600D nylon canvas for the canopy and rust-resistant aluminum frames. These materials are designed to withstand frequent use.
Are custom tents weatherproof?
Our custom tents are water-resistant and UV-protected, making them ideal for both sunny and rainy conditions. While they provide excellent protection, we recommend taking down your tent in strong wind/weather conditions.
How easy is it to set up and take down a custom tent?
All of our tents feature an easy pop-up frame that collapses for transport and opens quickly for setup. Customers can set up a 10’ x 10’ tent in just a few minutes.
Do you provide a warranty on custom tents?
Yes. Every tent includes a 3-year mfr warranty on seams and parts against manufacturing defects.
What type of artwork files do you accept?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for logos and branding. If you need assistance, our graphics team can help prepare your artwork for large-format printing.
